Cancellation Policy
Policy: Client Appointment & Scheduling; Payments, Deposits, Guarantees, and Refunds Booking Appointments All appointments must be scheduled in advance through the designated scheduling system or by written confirmation. Clients are responsible for selecting a date and time that aligns with their availability. Confirmation Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of a calendar invitation or a written confirmation from MLG. Cancellations & Rescheduling Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time without penalty. Cancelations or rescheduling requests within 24 hours of the appointment may result in forfeiture of the session or a rescheduling fee. No-Shows Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice is considered a no-show. No-shows are non-refundable and will not be rescheduled. Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to commence and secure services. Deposits typically range from 25%–50% of the total service fee, depending on the scope and duration of the engagement. Final Payment The remaining balance is due prior to and/or during the start of services as agreed upon in writing, through a structured payment schedule as established and documented in a written service agreement. Accepted Payment Methods Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit cards, electronic transfer, or invoicing, as specified at the time of booking. Late Payments Payments not received by the agreed-upon due date may result in the suspension of services and/or a late payment fee. Guarantees The Mack Leadership Group is committed to delivering high-quality, professional coaching, consulting, and advisory services aligned with best practices in educational leadership. While past results demonstrate strong outcomes (including leadership advancement and organizational improvement), results cannot be guaranteed, as success depends on multiple factors including client engagement, decision-making authority, and organizational context. Refunds Deposits are non-refundable, as they secure time, preparation, and planning. Refunds for services already rendered will not be issued. If The Mack Leadership Group terminates services prior to completion, clients may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for services not yet delivered. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
