The Mack Leadership Group (MLG) works with school leaders and their staffs in conducting equity audits, assessing the school's equity scores, empowering staff to address the issue, and creating equity markers so that the school realizes equitable outcomes. These sessions can be remotely held or held in-person. They typically last from 2-3 days, with one of those days involving sessions with staff.
